in a friendly atmosphere where wholesome dance activity would be the order of the day. And night.

Tumbl'weeds philosophy was

"Where Friendly People Meet"

because we had always thought that friendliness was the underlying principle for fun.

Tired of crowded dance floors in smoky bars, we envisioned a Tumbl'weeds dance hall that would:

• offer space. Lots of it.
• have a smoke-free environment.
• be alcohol-free because we didn't see it as necessary.
• open the door for family-friendly activities.
• be friendly!

Overall, we wanted a non-competitive, supportive and safe environment "where friendly people could meet" and dance up a storm. Tumbl'weeds was a dream-come-true for us because we wanted to create an environment where dance could flourish. And flourish it did! Tumbl'weeds packed a 13,000 square feet dance floor with hundreds of people arriving from a 3-state area. And beyond!
